How do I contact customer service?

Are your transactions safe & secure?

All of our transactions are processed via branded e-commerce platforms and processing companies. The credit card input pages are secured by SSL and use the high level of encryption and security layer is implemented to ensure that your order is processed safely and securely. We also provide option to process your transaction via PayPal.

What do I do to add more items or change my order?

Please send us an email: sales@linenmart.ca to inform us about the changes you like to make in the order. We will work with you to ensure that your order changes are processed and validated from you before the order processing is completed and your order is shipped.

How can I obtain an official invoice for tax purposes?

You can print your order receipt when your order is submitted. You can also request your invoice vie email: sales@linenmart.ca

How long does it take to process the order?

The order is processed immediately on-line after payment is processed. Our operations team complete the shipment of your order between 3 to 5 business days.

What is your average duration to ship the orders from your warehouse?

Our normal shipping duration is 3 to 5 business days. 80% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days.

When will I know that my order is received and processed?

At the end of order processing an order confirmation Number. You will also receive an email confirmation.

Are you locally present in Canada and where is your warehouse located?

All of our products are warehoused locally in our warehouse located in GTA, Ontario.

What shipping companies do you use to ship the orders?

We use a combination of trucking and courier companies. Each shipment is carefully evaluated to select the most appropriate shipping company. Generally large orders are shipped through trucking companies.

When will you inform us regarding the shipment of the order?

You will receive an email confirmation when the order is shipped.

What are your business hours to contact customer support?

Our business hours are 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday).

Do I have an option to have urgent order processing?

Urgent order processing option is available upon request. There may be a premium processing charge that may apply.

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns. Our return policy is listed on the Terms & Conditions page.

Do you provide same day shipping services?

Same day shipping is available. A premium processing charge will apply.

How long does it take to receive the order at my location?

The products are shipped from our warehouse in GTA. Our shipping process takes between 3 to 5 business days. 80% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. It takes from 2 to 7 business days for shipping companies to deliver goods to our customers. GTA shipments are delivered next day. Shipment to our western customers (SK, AB, and BC) take between 5 to 7 days.

How do I track my shipment?

An email confirmation is sent to our customers with the shipment tracking number. If there is further assistance required we will work with the shipping company to ensure that your order is delivered as per your expectations.

We accept Visa, Master Card, and PayPal.
